Black tea contains naturally occurring antioxidants and caffeine, offering a steady energy boost without the harshness of stronger brews.

Brewing Instructions

Hot Brew:

1. Add 1 teaspoon to your favourite teapot, diffuser or plunger

2. Pour over boiling water (95-100°C)

3. Steep for 3-5 minutes

4. Strain and enjoy

5. This tea steeps well over multiple infusions, with the second brew revealing more delicate floral and stone-fruit nuances.

For a stronger brew:

• Steep slightly longer or add an extra pinch of tea

Optional:
