Warm Brew (Recommended for Kids):
Add 1 teaspoon to your favourite teapot, diffuser or plunger
Pour over hot water (not boiling 80–90°C)
Steep for 5 minutes
Strain and allow to cool to a safe drinking temperature
Iced Option:
Brew as above, cool, then serve over ice or in a water bottle for school
