Brewing Instructions
Traditional Chai (Best Method):
Add 1 tablespoon to your favourite teapot, diffuser or plunger
Add 1 cup water + 1 cup milk
Simmer gently for 10–15 minutes
Strain and serve
Quick Brew:
Add 1–2 teaspoons to your favourite teapot, diffuser or plunger
Pour over boiling water (95–100°C)
Steep for 7–10 minutes
Add milk if desired
Optional:
Sweeten with honey, maple or leave naturally earthy
Dust with cinnamon for extra warmth
