Brewing Instructions

Hot Brew:

  1. Lightly crush 1-2 teaspoons of fenugreek seeds to help release their flavour

  2. Add to your favourite teapot, diffuser or saucepan

  3. Pour over boiling water (95-100°C)

  4. Steep for 10-15 minutes

  5. Strain and enjoy

For a stronger brew, gently simmer the seeds for 5-10 minutes. Add ginger, cinnamon or a little honey to complement fenugreek's naturally earthy flavour.
