Add 1 cup water + 1 cup milk
Simmer gently for 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally
Strain and serve

Add 1–2 teaspoons to your favourite teapot, diffuser or plunger
Pour over boiling water (95–100°C)
Steep for 5–7 minutes
Add milk if desired
Optional:
Sweeten further if you like it extra indulgent
